Throttle position sensors measures throttle position through changing voltage and sends this information to the onboard computer. The computer uses this and other inputs to calculate the correct amount of fuel delivered. Symptoms of failure include poor starting, improper automatic transmission converter lockup, engine stumbling, stalling, and or a check engine light. There is no scheduled service for TPS sensors. Bought may 18th ,Worked good at first, then two days after return eligibility on June 20th got massive voltage fluctuations wouldn’t hold a steady reading and my vehicle started backfiring and bucking, this is my second one in six months.

Output voltage jumps around when the wires get moved around, I reset my tps position 5-6 times before realizing.
