Well it’s like this it does an functions as advertised. If you expecting big changes ur expecting to much it does just wat the description says an no more. I did return this item twice the first seem to have a defect..the second didnt have the issue but wasn’t worth the potential issue at service time so returned it also. Great response from customer care with me returning it that why the five star rate an item work as advertised

This is an expensive gimmick. It’s garbage. It does absolutely nothing to reduce lag. It merely makes your pedal more sensitive. Each of those settings just moves 100% throttle closer and closer to the resting position basically.

It’s was the easiest performance upgrade to install on my truck. My nissan frontier is known for its throttle lag and lack luster performance. This pedal commander is a retrofit that works as an in-between for your throttle. It doesn’t do much for horsepower but, like they advertised it. FYI Sport+ with full gain is a thrill.

I plugged this thing in and took my truck for a ride. On sport plus it’s almost un-drivable, it launches like a maniac with a light touch. On city mode plus 1 or 2 it’s perfect, snappy but drivable. I will tune it down to eco mode for winter driving. In that mode it is sluggish so I believe it will make for safer driving. If you are hesitant to purchase thinking it is a gimmick, don’t this thing works awesome.
