I installed the item and second touch button from right side is not functioning properly . I have to press it many times . I will request the replacement please.

I replaced the DID after not having it for more then a year. Had to push very hard on the current unit. This one brought back the functionality of the original. Hope it stays that way. I now have emergency button working.
