This replacement part for our 2002 Volkswagen Beetle 2.0 was a perfect replacement. Rather easy to install and now our turn signals and hazard lights are running again. If your beetle is having turn signal issues or hazard lights failing to work, this is most likely the remedy. I would recommend trying to replace this part before getting hit with a huge bill by a dealer or repair shop.

Daughter’s 1999 VW Beetle’s turning signals just died. investigated via the Internet and learned that the Hazard Flasher Switch needed to be replaced (after checking fuses, of course.) Easy to remove the old and connect the new. Works perfectly. Great day for saving money and time on such an old, but well-loved car.

Turn signals went out on my wife’s 1999 New Beetle. I thought it was going to be some overly complicated German repair. Not so! Popped out the old hazard switch, popped in the new one from Amazon. Voila’ we have turn signals!

After being told by 2 mechanics they were going to charge me outrageous prices to fix my turn signals, I started doing my own research and came to the conclusion that this was the part I needed… I was right! It took 15 minutes to install and now, my turn signals are working again! Ladies, learn about the cars you own!!!

Who would know a small part could cause so many problems. The blinker stopped working in my daughter’s 2000 vw and I did not want to go to the dealer which they would charge me outrageous prices. I looked on Amazon, paired up the part with my vehicle, the part arrived within 2 days and it only took me 10 minutes to replace. Blinker is working again.
