***************REVIEW UPDATE***************After posting my original review below, the seller contacted me with the intention of quickly resolving the issue of the missing red safety valve. The seller was very professional in every way. So much so, that I was greatly impressed with their efforts to provide after-the-sale service. They sent a whole new kit within 24 hours. This is the kind of service that every person hopes they get, but often does not. I give this seller my strongest recommendation.I gave the new kit a much closer look. All the components were included. It is a very complete kit. The fittings are nicely machined. Screwing the components together is silky smooth, which I take as an indication of their high quality. They feel substantial, not cheaply made.I really like the construction of the kit. Everything has its place, which makes it easy to see if one of the components is missing. After a little practice, I found the lid closes very easily and the hoses do not get hung up on the manifold if I take my fingertips and pull the hoses towards me as I shut the lid.I am very pleased to update this review. Both for the efforts of the seller and the quality of this kit’s components.********************************************What at first appeared to be a very complete and semipro DIY A/C Manifold Set, quickly became a disappointment when I discovered one of the foam slots was missing a critical component. That being, the red Safety Valve. The blue safety valve was tightly in place, but not the red one. I can’t see how it could have fallen out. The foam slots are very tight. I pulled out all the hoses to see if the red valve had fallen out during shipping and lodged itself inside the lid cavity. But no, it was nowhere to be found. So much for safety. That pretty much ended my testing. A huge let-down. Considering it is unusable in its current state, I have deducted 4-stars.

This set comes with everything. It has every kind of adapter I will need and also has the can tap. The gauges are nice and padded and comes with extra accessories like Shrader fittings and extra o-rings and an installation tool. One thing it does not have is the side can tap, and also the carrying case needs to be a little bigger and have better buckles. It can be hard to close they have packed in so many adapters and accessories. I use these on mainly R-134a refrigerant for automotive use.

We installed an 18k Concealed Duct Minisplit system ourselves and this kit worked as expected! Excellent quality and the case is VERY convenient – better than most manifold sets available! Highly recommend.

This summer has been brutal in terms of heat, and I swear my A/C unit was making more noise than it was blowing cold air. Having always tinkered around the house, I decided to give fixing it myself a try, instead of calling a technician. I’d heard good things aboutRogvoc’s AC Manifold Gauge Set, so I figured it was worth a shot. Let me tell you, I’m really glad I did! This gauge set is a beast! It comes with everything you need to get started, from the three-way manifold gauge itself (which is surprisingly sturdy and easy to read) to the hoses, adapters, and even a can tap. It was like Christmas unwrapping all the included accessories.I took my time following online tutorials, and within a couple of hours, I’d refilled the refrigerant and had my A/C blowing icy cold air again. It felt amazing! I wouldn’t say I’m a professional technician by any stretch, but this gauge set made the whole process feel very manageable. The hoses are a good length and the gauges are clear and easy to read. The fact that it’s compatible with different refrigerants like R22, R410a, and R134a means I can probably use this thing for years to come.Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the Rogvoc AC Manifold Gauge Set. It’s a high-quality, comprehensive set that helped me tackle a potentially daunting task myself and save a bundle on a technician visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly gauge set for their DIY A/C repairs.

I don’t know if this would be considered a professional quality kit or not, but it’s certainly decent enough for home and automotive use. The Rogvoc valves are compatible with the most common types of refrigerants used in air conditioning systems today (R22, R410A, and R134A). The gauges seem accurate, and they can be calibrated. The set includes all the accessories you might need for maintaining your system, neatly stored inside a blue plastic carry case. (Well, except for a vacuum pump and leak detector, and of course refrigerant.) If doing it yourself, make sure to double check that the valves are closed tight so all the refrigerant you just put in doesn’t leak out, as we learned the hard way!

I used these gauges to vacuum my minisplit system down while installing. Worked very well. Would probably not be a set of gauges I would want to make a living using as they seem rather cheaply made, but worked good for one round of vacuuming the system down on an 18,000 btu minisplit.
