My original pump was making noise. So I decided I would replace it. This was a good price and unlike the other parts I bought, it was delivered when promised. After installing it it worked perfect. Come March (95 days later) it is making the same noise. At this point I checked under the hood and find it has been leaking. A small leak but a leak none the less. Now it is making that chattering noise again and I need to replace it. I believe this would have shown up much sooner if it was not for the Covid crap here is CA. If I was driving to work every day, I doubt this would have lasted 30 days.Moral of the story, stick to factory parts. I am buying a Motorcraft pump this time. They do not tell you where this was made, but I would bet good money it was in China. Amazon needs to improve their listings and list country of origin on all item, not just some electronics. Then I would have avoided this part and not have to do this job a second time.

Did not fix the issue, the steering wheel was still stiff. Had to replace it with old part.

It took me about 30 minutes to take off the old one and a couple hours to put on the new it’s a step by step and if u get one wrong you have to start again fairly easy to change out
