Needed to remove my basic braided rubber hose for my fuel intake and return from 6AN. I installed a bigger fuel pump and instead of both being -6AN I ran one -8AN PTFE for E85 fuel for my intake hose and -6AN PTFE for my return hose using the STINTLY line of braided hose and fittings they have some great products and they haven’t made me have any issues work great and I will continue to purchase them Highly recommend Stintly Hose and accessories for performance choice on parts. I Need to get 12-16ft pf -6AN PTFE hose and a few fittings for the PTFE hose 90-degree, Straight and 45-degree fittings would be awesome to get a kit with 3-4 of each maybe an adapter as well.

I was finally able to install my fuel system on my race car. the 20ft was just what I needed to get this all set up. The lines are durable but still have some flex to them. I did not try to bend to hard and they would collapse under enough pressure. The PTFE insert is smooth and fits in the AN fittings like a glove. Do not chamfer the end of the hose to fit the AN line as it will not seal properly. It will be a hard install but it’s very tight and seals perfectly. No leaks, no smell, I will pickle the system in 91 mostly but will be running E85/M5/NitroMeth as well so I will update as time goes by. There were no particles in the fuel lines and or in the fuel filter after idling the vehicle for 20 min. I will know after a true dyno tune.Definitely recommend for the E85 guys as the other AN lines on the market are known to breakdown fairly quick if you don’t remove the fuel and pickle the system with 91. Be sure to clean the lines you use first by pumping/flowing fuel or brake clean in them. Never know how long the lines have been sitting and if they have collected dust and other particulates you don’t want getting trapped in your fuel system. Overall, fuel lines reached just fine all the way to the engine bay, under the car and to the trunk as you see in the pictures. So far, 10/10 packaging10/10 material rigidity10/10 fitting install (if you know what you are doing)10/10 recommend for Ethanol/ Methanol based fuels.

SINTLY 6AN PTFE E85 Fuel Line Hose Nylon Braided Fuel Line Hose 25FTWas in need of replacing some of the fuel lines in my wife’s toy.Nylon braided PTFE fuel line. The black nylon braided covering allows it to more flexible over stainless steel exterior covered fuel lines and adds additional shield protection for the lines. Plus the black line looks better in a red car with red engine covers.Braided line comes in bulk in a plastic bag with end caps to reduce the chances of the braided cover from unraveling and protect the user from getting poked by the stainless wire mesh at the cut end. No visual flaws in the braided outer covering or in the hose line.Highly satisfied with this braided line and will be ordering additional 8AN and 10AN line.

This is a solid budget line setup. I am using this with my 10 AN feed into a Weldon FPR with an 8 AN return before the rail. This should support more than enough power in my 2J swapped S14.One note though, the cheaper PTFE lines are smaller inside diameter(ID) than higher priced lines…this goes for “name brand” ones as well, but something to keep in mind when buying fittings. This is standard across the board, so not really a knock, but I wanted to make sure it’s pointed out. 8 AN lines are technically .44″ ID, these are .406″(13/32).

After using ptfe lined hose when I had to build power steering hoses for my crown Vic suspension swap on my F100 I swore that’s all I would use for now on. I got this to upgrade all of my fuel lines so I don’t have to worry about replacing my dried out fuel hoses every few years.

Installed hose and had to be removed. Hose structure is flemisy and weak. All fittings bottomed out. Had multiple fuel leaks once system was put under pressure. Lines had to be replaced with a reputable brand. Cost me time and money. Was an expensive lesson.
