Fit perfectly. The only thing that was missing was the gasket. I had to make one.

This particular product is of high quality and precision. I happened to order one with too short of a deadbolt and had to return it. But it wasn’t the products fault. Installed easily and would have worked great.

I thought it came with new dead bolt to connect on outside door front. But no big deal

I bought this door latch because my other Tri-Mark latch on my motorhome was worn and not unlocking the door properly. This latch looks nearly identical to the old one and seems to be high-quality steel – as it should be for the price! I was able to remove the old latch and replace it with this new one. However, even though it seems very close in size and appearance, I was unable to get the deadbolt portion of the lock to engage as it should. It is not long enough to slide into the door jamb. The regular lock works fine, so I’m keeping it, but I wish both locks would work for added security.

Handle works but not smoothly and no gasket came withit. If you’re not going to supply the gasket, make sure I, the customer knows that!
