Inexpensive applicator designed for tires. I like that it has a contour to get tire dressing into the larger grooves of tires. I used CarPro PERL and it slung the dressing around. It is best to work the thicker dressings into the applicator so there is no mess. I washed the applicator with microfiber detergent and it came out clean. I will probably buy two more to have on hand as it is a very good applicator for my application. I also used it for the black plastics on the front and rear bumper and it applied the dressing in a nice and even coat.

I bought this and have been using it to apply dressing to my tires. But since the entire tool is sponge over time the dressing has moved up into the handle and it’s become messy. I prefer something with a plastic handle

Idk if i’m doing something wrong but it won’t rid itself of tire dressing at all. i’ve tried apc/degreaser, dawn soap, hand soap nothing seems to get rid of it. it also tore on the side maybe 2 weeks into using it and i didn’t really mind but it got bigger and bigger and half of it is kinda worn looking now. still works alright, im gonna buy something that’s smaller tho. i appreciate how easy it is to get inbetween the rims and tire when applying dressing, and how it spreads after like 3 passes but anything within those first two passes wasn’t spreading to anything more than half the tire in my experience with all 4 tires. i auto detail a lot both as a hobby and on the side for money but i need an upgrade whether it be a brush or can
