The turn signal arm on my 2023 VW Tiguan is oblong in shape, not round. The clamp on this device is round and does not fit my oblong turn signal arm even trying it with the thinnest of 3 different inserts provided. I am therefore returning it and I have found another device that will fit an oblong shape. I think this device is well engineered and constructed, it just doesn’t fit the oblong shape of my turn signal arm.Update: The seller accepted my return and even provided me with a no charge return shipping label.

Works great! This is for my daughter who has no use of left hand/arm due to a stroke. She just got her drivers license and it has helped her tremendously. Easy to install, adjustable. Great customer service as well!

This will only fit specifically shaped turn signals. When you return they’ll say it’s the “wrong item” and keep your $120 for this piece of crap. Don’t order this, it probably won’t fit your car and you’ll be negative a ridiculous amount of money for a wire rod and some useless plastic.

Broke my arm and could not drive I’m so good I’m drive to work, but once I found this assistant tool it took me 5 minutes to install and now I’m driving to work again wanted lifesaver this would also be great for anyone with the disability and I plan on getting some of these for disabled veterans as well

With an easy10 minute installation our daughter has been able to drive using her blinkers safely after recently passing her renewal driving test ( 3 years post stroke ) definitely a big help 👍

I am a rural mall carrier, so I drive from the passenger side.. it was quite a reach for my turn signals, so I didn’t use them all the time. I feel so much safer now that I can. It was a little tricky to find the right spot to put them on, I had to go to the hardware store to get screws that were in between lengths of those supplied, and I think it’s a little pricey for what it is, but all in all in glad I got it.

I broke my left arm, so I needed something to help with the turn signals while driving one handed. This was available with fast shipping, so I took a chance. It seems reasonably well designed, but is let down by terrible manufacturing. Other reviews have mentioned the rod not fitting in the hole. I didn’t run into that trouble, but I did find that the holes for the screws weren’t correctly tapped, so the screws wouldn’t start. Luckily it comes with good, hard steel screws and an aluminum body – so, using a drill I was able to re-cut the starting threads by forcibly driving one of the screws in.Once that problem was solved, fit was an issue. The instructions say there should be a gap between the two sides. With the medium pads, I was able to get a gap, but the short screws were too short and the long screws were too long. With how shallow the screw pockets are, there needs to be a third length in the middle, or a pad size between the thin and medium, or both.I was able to get it installed with the thin pad, short screws, and no gap – but secure enough that it doesn’t feel like it’ll slip around, and seems to work.Oh, and throw away the garbage Allen wrench in the package. It was instantly rounded off trying to drive screws into pockets that weren’t actually tapped! It’s a super niche product, so if you need it there aren’t a lot of choices. But for the amount I paid, I’d expect someone to have at least checked that it could be assembled easily before sending it out! Trying to put this together with one arm in a sling was no fun at all.Given that I was able to make it work, I won’t rate it one star. But if you can find another option, skip this one.
