Let’s start with a safety and wiring note: The BLACK wire is POSITIVE, the WHITE wire is NEGATIVE. This is the color code used for house wiring, and thus for RVs, which have to meet various electrical codes that were written for houses, and it will confuse people who are used to the automotive convention of red for positive and black for negative. Be very careful: RVs use the same colors for 12 volt and lethal 120 volt wiring! None of this is the fault of the manufacturer of these lights.These lights work fine, they’re bright, and they have a mechanical button in the center to turn them on and off. It’s easy to miss because it’s the same color as the light. If you are installing this out of reach and using a separate switch, you can just push the button to turn it on and leave it that way.

We bought these to replace failed LED lights in a 2018 Cougar. They were easy to install, fit perfectly, and work very well. These are not touch lights, but rather have a button in the center that allows you to easily turn them on and off without using a wall switch. These were so easy to install that we’re now considering replacing our existing touch lights with these since our touch lights cause interference with our audio system.

They are smaller then what they look like. They are not every bright. They do work and haven’t had a problem with them. Just not bright enough. I won’t be buying again.
