Sending costs are too expencive. Regulator is very good.

My 2006 King Quad 700 was making a high pitched whistle noise after riding around for a bit. I wasn’t sure at first what the issue was, turned out to be that my four wheeler was overcharging the battery. This was causing the battery to overheat, and the noise was from the built up pressure from boiling acid trying to release pressure. Sadly, it killed my battery before I knew what the cause was. This rectifier/regulator fixed my issue. Before I replaced this unit, I was getting 17v-18v charging at the battery post, once I installed the new unit it went back down to 13v-14v which is the acceptable range.Installation is simple, there are only two bolts holding the unit to the frame, and one plug to deal with. Also note, the unit is on the left side (as in where you left leg sits while driving) of my 06 king quad just under the colored plastic, above the engine cover.

Just what i needed!!! Works great!! My quad was having trouble running and turning lights on would often kill the engine. Someone told me to look into the stator well i got to some researching and found these can go bad and look like everyone that had one that was bad would have my same issue. Draining battery.. battery not charging.. dim lights… rough running engine.. engine stalling.. So i tried it and sure enough it was fixed! Running volts with all lights on is 14.5v which is perfect because i want to put a light bar on it! Before the old one when running it was only 12.5.. not even enough to charge the battery.. overall i recomend 10/10 looks oem and I ordered on a sunday evening and it got here on tuesday! Great sellar and great product

100% recommend. Fits just like the original my machine it’s an 06 kind quad 700 x. The original part burn off and. It stop charging.. and was leaving me. Stranger unable to use anything beside just running the engine replaced and. Back up 100% constantly charging. Wile. Running the engine

This rectifier / regulator fit perfectly on my 2006 Suzuki Kingquad 700. Prior to installing this new one, the charging voltage to the battery was only 8.5 volts. Battery wasn’t even charging. After installing this new on the charging voltage is now 14.5V.

So my four wheeler was no charging. I had to keep it plugged in to a charger nightly. This fixed my problem. Can’t believe it took me so long to change it out. The job was easy and I’ve been problem free ever since.

07 Suzuki king quad 700 the battery was overcharging or under charging and cost me a few batteries and creating issues with my bike to die on the trails every time I put it in 4×4 or turn my lights on and this fixed it all!
