Nice product, fast shipping, very solid. About 30 minutes to install. No drilling. These are sharp looking and will definitely handle some abuse.These fit on my 2018 sportsman xp1000 with the ultimate front bumper (used as a mounting point)Highly recommendTools required:1)1/2” open end wrench2) 1/2” socket and ratchet3) T27 bit4) needle nose pliers (to reach the washers if you have chubby fingers)

If you already own the ultimate series front bumper and your wondering about the outside corners easily bending, your concerns are justified.The ultimate series front bumper and this body armor are meant to be used together. Yes, it’s another $300 but it will greatly eliminate any chance of the front bumper getting bent.All the parts are heavier duty than I expected and assembly was easy. After bolting the side armor to the front bumper, it’s a solid unit that can definitely take some “tree rubbing” if necessary. Using a floor jack to hold the armor in place, I was able to install everything by myself.The armor has the same finish as the other ultimate series bumpers and racks and looks great on my 2021 sportsman 850 premium.For me it’s a small price to pay to protect my investment.
