Working on your front differential can be a real pain without the correct tools. Get the job done fast and correctly using this roll pin punch tool by Quad Logic. We developed this tool to remove the Pin Spring (Roll Pin) that you see on most of Polaris’s drive train. You can use an air hammer if you have one or just use a normal hammer. Be sure to use a new one each time you remove the old one. Works with the following models and more: Polaris ATV’s from 1993 to 2020 Polaris RZR UTV’s from 2008 to 2020 Polaris Ranger UTV’s from 2003 to 2020

I spent hours trying to get the factory roll pin out. I think I expanded the pin more using the wrong size punch… With a couple hard hits with a small sledge and then a air hammer the pin finally came out. Wish I would have just used this from the beginning!!!! The length of the punch helps with a regular hammer or the air hammer.

After dang near breaking my hand with a mini-sledge and “normal” size roll pin punch, I went on the search for the Polaris roll pin removal tool. While searching I came across this gem. This tool is a must! I envisioned buying an air hammer as well, but with a few well aimed blows with my mini-sledge, the pin was out in no time. Very well made tool as well. You need this in your kit if you’re a DIY’r of Polaris products! 6 star product!

If you own a polaris side by side, then you absolutely NEED to get one if these roll pin removal tools. I used it with my air toils and it removed and installed the roll pin from the output shaft in seconds. SO much easier than trying to use a punch to drive them out. Wish I bought this years ago.

I connected it my air hammer. Bam my roll pin pushed right out. Going back in was a a breeze. I use a short 3/8 extension and use my air hammer to go back in. Great tool. Worth every penny. Way cheaper than harbor freight version too

This is the best product in my opinion that I have purchased during my SXS owning career I have beat on this prop shaft roll pin in my 2020 rzr xp turbo for a month legit a month here and there with 10 to 20 pounds sledge hammers, air hammers, pin punches, roll pin punches. This roll pin has been the worst it had fractured and splintered holding it in. I researched and it finally brought me to this product. I got it in threw it in my HF cheapo air hammer and litterly 3-5 min less than a quarter of a trail soda in it flew out and made me one happy person!!! 10/10 recommend. Best 30 bucks I’ve ever spent

If you ever need to remove the front prop shaft and/or front differential on your Polaris this is the tool for the job. Save yourself a lot of frustration and have this on hand before you start the repair. Highly recommend.
