Made out of Petg plastic, so its strong, and wont warp in the sun. More than likely, when your power flap broke, the pin and spring are still attached to the unit. Just reuse them in the new cover, sorry, I cannot supply them. So after the snow storm I got a few days ago was all cleaned up I took my plow off and the plug cover in my grill broke off at the hinges. As you can see by the first pic I siliconed it on just to hold the cover there until I could replace it. After searching a while without being able to find just a replacement cover I found this 3D printed cover. I was a little skeptical about it not being an original product but it was either try this or replace the entire plug housing for 3-4 times the cost. I figured gambling on a $20 part wasn’t any real risk and I’m glad I did. This part is heavier duty than the original and other than having to run a drill bit through the holes to clean them up a bit it is a perfect fit. I’m glad I gave this a shot and would recommend this part for anyone else out there who’s plug cover breaks off.
