Pros:Obviously designed by someone who had a 7th gen AccordIMHO, best-looking dash kit, HVAC controls resemble that of original NSXComes with everything you needCons:Knobs feel cheapOnly white backlighting (coupes and some overseas CL7 Accords have red backlighting)Cubby loses a lot of space for USB plugI wasn’t thinking about upgrading my 2004 Accord EX Coupe’s stereo system, but I got a good deal on this product from Amazon Warehouse I couldn’t pass up. I’m running this with a Pioneer AVH-X391BHS.The most important thing is to update the control unit’s firmware as soon as you get it. It interfaces with your PC using a regular micro USB (older Android) phone cable and you can download the RadioPro application from PAC’s website. The second thing is to put your hand around the cavity behind where the dash kit is going and seal it with the foam provided if you find any leaks. It will save your stereo from getting air blown on, give you more airflow to your vents and also not mess with the temperature sensors, which are the two small vents to the right and left of the radio on the PAC panel. So far, so good. I have the dual-zone temperature control and it works fine. I replaced the driver’s side blend door for unrelated reasons and at least from what I saw, the steppings of the motor movement were the same as when I used the factory headunit which is a good thing. The steering wheel control interfaces well with the stereo and at least on my Pioneer, it is programmed for most people’s needs from the factory, with volume, channel and mode doing what you’d expect, and channel up/down answering or hanging up Bluetooth calls. I would also advise an antenna plug extender for your stereo (the 7th gen Accord uses a standard Motorola plug from the factory)The bad part is that the display washes out easily in sunlight and I really don’t need the unit to light up in the daytime. It seems that the illumination of the buttons is too dim for the day and too bright at night. Also, it lights up white and not red as the coupe stereos do. Not switchable. Another thing is that the controls feel cheap with the knobs feel like something from a toy car, and the buttons are unsatisfying to push compared to the factory unit. If you’re a big fan of auto climate control, you might want to stick with the stock unit because this also doesn’t do well with it, blowing either cold or hot air with high blower whenever I press “Auto.”I’d say all in all, it’s a good unit, but I wouldn’t buy it for MSRP or if you’re unwilling to install it yourself because for the 7th gen Accord, each HVAC control unit has its set of shortcomings and you might have to take them out a few times for updates to get them working at their best.

First one was defective ,replacement came just in time, so as i did not have to rip the wiring out or the car, to ship back the defective one. Working great now, looks good too.

A true complete replacement kit. Installed on a 2007 Honda Accord SE 2.4l. Single zone HVAC, so I can’t can’t speak for dual zone control. Set up and install was straight forward. Removing the top dash, above the radio, was the most difficult part. Just follow directions and be gentle. Kit does include a half lower pocket with a USB extension connection. Not sure why this is not included in the description. I included a parts picture taken from the Crutchfield web site. The pocket is definitely not that large, but in my case, that works just fine. Steering wheel controls work perfectly as well. I recommend the kit to anyone who wants an OEM look and feel.

Fairly good replacement but clearly not OEM quality. My first unit was defective and this new unit I have is making my blower fan have a squeaking sound at middle fan speeds. Reinstalled my oem unit and sound isn’t there so must have something to do with the software. Installation is a pain and requires a ton more work than your average install should as well as modifying your car and cutting out pieces. It’s pretty much a do or die project and once you start there is no going back to the oem head unit. Other than that it’s nice and having a double din with apple CarPlay is a must.

When the lights for the center dash and factory radio stopped working (common problem for the generation Honda Accord), this was both a very good looking dash replacement and fixes both my issues with the lights and radio. My steering wheel controls still worked after this installation, because the kit comes with all the harnesses and controllers to integrate nicely with the factory components. Dual zone climate controls were also retained.

エアコンは正常に作動してます。温度表示が摂氏ではなく、華氏表示になるんで、逆にUS感が出て気に入ってます。オーディオは、この製品には繋いでないので特に気になりません。インパネ周りがスッキリしていい感じです。

This was a very easy install and included everything I needed, fits perfectly in my 2005 Honda Accord Coupe. The problem I am having is keeping the air cold as it seems to suddenly get hot and not cool the car. I think the sensor gets cold and then causes the AC to shutdown.Other then that its a great unit and has a perfect fit in the car.

I am very happy with this radio install kit. It worked great in my 2005 Honda Accord Sedan LX model. The HVAC controls all work normal and the Kenwood ddx5707s radio I installed works and fits great in this new radio trim piece. It’s a little pricey, but without other options on the market I am glad to have this.
