Worked great. Plenty of RTV sealant. I carefully scraped the block with a razor blade and wiped with acetone. And carefully tightened the bolts in a cross cross pattern. I draw my RTV gasket in a line around the edge of the pan and circle the bolt holes. I used a heat gun after install and before filling with oil. Just a basic heat gun on the ground pointed up to the bottom of the pan and let it run for almost an hour. It’s been 2 weeks now. Works great.

2011 F350 SRW perfect fit. Came with the correct sealant as well.

Great OEM part. Gasket sealer was expired and dried out.

I have a 2011 Ford F250 6.7L Diesel with the plastic oil pan. I purchased this upgrade kit assuming it would work. During installation I realized that the hole patterns did not line up for all holes. Six of the fifteen bolts lined up and the other nine did not. Two bolts were at least a 1/2 in off. I didn’t take a picture because I was frustrated, but this was not a case of user error. Not sure if I received a one-off lemon, but I can’t make sense of it because it is an OEM FOMOCO part. I had to go to the local Ford dealership and get a new gasket for and reused the plastic pan.

Fit perfect, do yourself a favor and buy the gasket along with this. 2011 F250 had the original “plastic” pan. After several years of oil changes, drain plug constantly leaked. Glad to have metal pan again.

Fir great. I would recommend getting a pan gasket
