Super easy to install. Came in a timely manner. Have not had any issues
Eyliss –
I bought two cylinders for my 2006 and 2005 Polaris trailblazer they fit perfectly so far working great
David –
Exact fit, easy to bolt up, Cheaper than getting the old cylinder board out.
Stacy Baldwin –
The product is great the only reason I didn’t give five stars is because you need to check and make sure all the passageways are clear I had extra material left over from casting and it would’ve destroyed my engine if I hadn’t got a Dremel and ground it out
SkinnyP –
When I was torquing the head back on the first head stud snapped so I I had to take it back off and replace all of the studs with my old ones. The casting was alright there was some scaring in the cylinder. It should get you by I hope it lasts
HGomez –
Great quality only thing wrong is intake boot holes are not tapped all the way through so had to improvise with washers
Kurt Mann –
Snapped three studs with my wrench set for 20lbs. Weak. Got machine started and was running good as I was cautiously breaking it in. Then thump…. 40 pounds of compression later im scratching my ass going what the hell. Have t had opportunity to pull the cylinder. Maybe the rings piston or cylinder caused it to catch. Do yourself a favor and rebore the OEM. Avoid the chinsey piston kit for 26.97 too. Nobody got a good thing to say about chinsie china chickuni crap they are cheap and too lazy for quality craftsmanship. Nobody says anything good about this junk. They’re the root of our national trade deficit and it’s crap.

(((UPDATE )))) DO NOT PURCHASE THIS I THOUGHT I HAD GOTTEN A GREAT CYLINDER AFTER 3 DAYS OF DOING NORMAL BREAK IN PROCESS OF HEAT CYCLES ON THE 3RD TIME OF RUNNING THE ATV IT BEGAN TO BOGG AS IF IT WERE LOCKING UP PULLED RIP CORD ATV STARTED RIGHT UP LIKE NORMAL BUT HAD A SLIGHT RATTLING SOUND THEN CLINKED SEVERAL TIMES AND DIED THE OIL INJECTION BRASS TUBE CAME OUT OF CYLINDER AND DESTROYED THE PISTON PUTTING ALL ALUMINUM PIECES THROUGH THE ENTIRE BOTTOM END OF ENGINE NOW IM IN WORSE SHAPE THAN I STARTED WITH THE FOLLOWING WAS MY ORINGINAL REVIEW WE WILL SEE HOW COSTUMER SERVICE HANDLES THE SITUATION …….. I purchased this cylinder even after reading the other reviews to the ones that had issues I’m going to say probably expect way to much from life to all the normal people this cylinder is very nice and worked perfect not a single issue with installation or after running the machine also installed the niche piston and gasket kit and do not have a single bad thing to say about any of it very nice quality definitely would recommend
