This item would not fit my 2010 Camaro as stated it would in the description. So I can not attest to the quality of the item.The seller will allow me to return the item, which I did, but they will not provide a full refund. I have been communicating with them for what feels like weeks. It’s very frustrating since their return policy allows for returns/refunds, which I had checked before I ordered. They have stopped replying to my messages asking for the rest of my refund. Prior to that I just kept getting the same auto response which didn’t answer any of my questions.I would avoid this seller as their description for this item is incorrect and they won’t refund when it won’t work with your vehicle.

The install is straightforward. When the instructions say turn key to the ON position…actually start the car. Also, ensure the key fob you have has the button for remote start on it. Even though the system won’t use that button, the key must have the function in order for it to work.

It worked well. Be sure to be gentle with the USB adapter, and read the instructions carefully. When there are steps to press buttons on the module, don’t press them too quickly one after another, I found it needs to be done slower with a slight pause.
