Even though the ad stated that this part wouldn’t work in my vehicle, it did. The warning cluster started flashing messages, and the chime wouldn’t stop, but when the dealer flashed it, all dummy lights and messages went away. They asked me how much I paid for the part, and when I told him, he just shook his head and congratulated me. They originally quoted me $2300 for the repair.

I want to verify this product worked with my 2014 ram 5.7 1500 bighorn. I was concerned being it was a fraction of the price at Interstate Dodge dealership. The parts department wanted $1000+ after taxes. I was able to change out part in dealership parking lot and 20 minutes later they programmed to truck. Everything has worked as it should and no more lights.

The pictured item showed a new part kit. Not where in the description does it say this is a salvage part. We ordered the ABS control module, and received the entire ABS control unit. Used wouldn’t be a huge issue except there is already a VIN stored in the the module. THIS DID CLEAR OUR CODE after some creative programming, however now we are having come compatibility issues. The main issue I have with this was the fact the picture is a new kit and we received a leaky, dirty, salvage piece.

Bought for a 2015 Ram 1500 with a failed ABS module. Swapped it out and programmed with an Autel scanner. All issues were resolved. No complaints.

After waiting 6 mo. for a new ABS module I decided to take a chance and buy used. The module was shipped quickly. I took it to my mechanic who was able to install and PROGRAM, yes it has to be programmed, in a few hours. All is working fine now.

I received the module today. It came as a hole unit. It only had 2 screws one was stripped and not installed all the way. There was no new cap screws or o rings. After installing the module and resetting the truck. The shifter was locked in park and would not recognize the ABS module. I’m returning the unit.
