This saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars and allowed me to change a broken valve spring on my 6.2 Silverado. No worry about puttting the cylinder at TDC, just compress the cylinder with air, lift up the broken valve spring with valve and it seals and stays up while you compress the spring and replace!
