After my first one cracked from repeated over tightening (auto close fan) I found this similar to the one I had. No installation instructions, but it was pretty self explanatory. Fit perfectly and doesn’t have the over closing issue the first one had for some reason? Quality replacement part for your RV fan.

This was the exact fit to the exhaust vent over the bathroom in our RV. Over time our old one cracked so needed replacing. My husband had the old one off and this one on within 5-10 minutes and was pleased at how easily he was able to replace it.
