This was an excellent roof at a fantastic price. I installed it in about 4 hours with a friend. Installation was not easy but doable. I’m sure installation would be just as difficult with any roof since these roofs are stretched pretty tightly. The roof wouldn’t close all the way when I first installed it but after a day sitting in the hot sun it stretched and now fits perfectly. It is waterproof. It is built exactly the same as the OEM roof just the material is different. The crease seen in the second picture went away after a day in the sun to settle in. All dimensions were pretty much identicalEDIT – 3 Months in and the roof has worn in perfectly. It opens and closes with no issues. Maintains a much better seal than my old roof and only leaks a few drops down the A pillar (normal for a soft top). Compared to the OEM roof which would leave the passenger seat area drenched when it rains. Only sign of age so far is trim above the windows has changed from deep black to grey. No tears or rips. Best part is the new roof is indistinguishable from the OEM one in design and material. The real glass rear window is really nice.
