I’ve a ’98 Chevy S10 Sidestep. Went to fold the driver-side mirror in when preparing to go through a car wash last week and the entire unit literally fell off of the truck. Doh! So, I ordered these (and a bunch more parts to get it fixed up nicely) and they were a perfect fit and match for replacing the original mirrors. You’ll need to remove the door panels, and there are plenty of on-line videos for that (you may need to purchase a few plastic retaining clips as these trucks are so old now that they will likely break when you pull on them). Three nuts to remove on each old mirror. Easy work, and truck already started looking better after installation. Product recommended!

Description clearly states “Kool Vue Driver & Passenger Side Mirrors for Chevrolet S10” but I only received 1 mirror.
