Edit: it’s been several years now (original review written in 2019, and it is now 2024) and I have had 0 issues with these tail lights functioning.These are super cool, actually.There are currently not many options for aftermarket JL tail lights. I’ve been looking for a few months and these are definitely the best looking on the market right now and have the best pricing. (*cough quadratec wants $400 cough*)Anyway, overall the install was very simple. As silly as it sounds, the hardest part is getting the wiring harness to unclick when removing the factory lights. There aren’t instructions included with these, but a YouTube video can show you how to remove the old lights, then you just need to know to unscrew part of the old light and screw it onto the new ones (photo attached). The lights are also labeled “L” and “R” to idiot proof the install. The LED’s are bright, and really update the look. The smoked finish is super sleek and I’m so happy with this purchase. 😍

Nice lights but had to send back because they didn’t work for my 2024 jeep Rubican x with factory leds .

Love the look of these, much cleaner with the dark tint. I included before, installation and after picture.A few things to note, you will need the bracket off the OEM taillight which moves over with 3 screws. The tail lights themselves take about 20 minutes from start to finish. The 3rd brake light above the tire adds some time because you will have to take off the tire and a total 7 screws to get to replace.This installation was easy, changes the look and the price is right. So far so good, will update if I come run into any issues as time goes on.

These are the worst possible taillights I can imagine using. It makes backing up with my wrangler like throwing darts in the dark, you can’t see anything.

These look great, and so far have been functioning perfectly. Some reviews mentioned moisture but I haven’t had them long enough to notice. I’d give them 5 stars but no instructions.You have to remove a part from your OEM tail lights in order to mount these. It took a lot of puzzled looks from me and a YouTube video to figure that out. Also, no instructions on where to mount the anti-flicker device.
