I ride about 30% street and 70% off-road and was having a lot of trouble finding traction with basically all of the other tires I was trying (that are dual-sport)… these… are the ultimate solution. Ok, maybe not THE ultimate solution for off-road only riding but the ultimate solution for me – riding some on and some off-road.I set it down to 12 PSI, added a rim lock and bam – plenty of traction off-road. If I’m riding mostly street I’ll bump that up to around 18-20 psi. It’s enough to keep it from degrading too quickly on the streets but the knobs are separated enough to still drip into loose dirt/mud/leaves, etc.NOTE: The information on weight of this item is false. The tire weighs exactly 10 lbs, not 9 as it says in the description. Every pound counts.Anyway overall I’m very happy with this tire and am now building another wheel for a friend using the same tire.

Tires fit my old classic 1979 TS 125. Installed them myself with little effort.

Definitely better than the bald knobby it replaced but disappointing on bad camber and hard cornering as the rear tire is always slipping out. My knobby tires have a bad habit of going from brand new straight to bald hella fast on a bike that is used maybe 70% dirt and 30% street/highway so hopefully this tire will help with the longevity issue I’m having.Works great for casual trail riding, decently grippy on uphills, not so great for aggressive riding.

I have used Kenda tires for years and have always been satisfied. Doesn’t grip the dirt like a knobby, but is great for combinded on and off road riding.

These tires are what I use on my DR-Z 400. They perform well in town and on the trails, they don’t feel like a compromise. They grip well and rip it on the single track. I recommend these to any dual sport rider.
