Works as a similar and dissimilar metal between two metal surfaces to prevent seizing. This compound formula will not melt in high temperatures and improves conductivity and ground continuity. Designed for specially formulated to prevent excessive over torque and has a very high static friction factor of 0.13, the unique blend of complex thickeners to help evenly distribute the copper flake unto the metal surfaces to eliminate metal to threaded metal contact. Recommended lubrication: stud threads shall be thoroughly lubricated on both ends, fill the threaded area “Root – to – Crest” on the stud/bolt. The nut will push the anti-seize down the threads as it travels. Bearing surfaces between nut and hardened washer or nut and flange should be lubricated with anti-seize in the area where the nut will rest against the flange or washer. Anti-seize on the assembly should be easily visible. Not recommended for: not for use on oxygen lines. Not intended for use with aluminum where galvanic corrosion could be a significant issue. Petroleum based lubricating grease with copper filling. Personal precautions: wear gloves and protective overalls. Environmental precautions: do not allow it to enter drains. Spillage: scrape up bulk, then wipe up remainder with cloth. To prevent walking hazard, pick up remaining residue with diatomaceous earth. Handling: no special handling precautions necessary. Storage: Do not store at elevated temperatures. Respiratory protection: none needed. Hand protection: nitrile gloves for hypersensitive persons. Anti-seize thread lubricant and conductive termination compound is 30 percent high purity/refined copper flake mixed in a high temp non-melt base grease formula that aids in conductivity and is an ideal anti-seize compound for threaded fasteners and cable connections. I think of this not so much as an anti-seize (which it certainly is, but be careful about the materials you use it on, With aluminum-steel it is not recommended as it will enhance galvanic corrosion!I use it in automotive electrical connections, such as battery post to clamp, or when crimping terminals on wires (a very tiny tiny bit!). Have no idea of it’s capabilities in other applications. I would not use it in copper-aluminum wire connections — a prime candidate for galvanic corrosion and this stuff, I think, would accelerate that.Am expecting long term that it will reduce corrosion in those joints as well as enhance conductivity over time.Over use, just slopping it on, can (and probably will) result in unexpected electrical problems, short circuits, and so on. So very sparing and careful use is recommended.

The best you can get. I use this to cover exposed steel on water towers when we add grounding for antenna systems. Approved by all of my water tower customers (municipalities). Some of the water departments are very strict when it comes to removing paint off their tower for grounding but this product opens the door for this application. Works great on stainless steel bolt/nut to prevent seize or galling.

I have used this product many times in the past and it works extremely well not only on stainless steel but when placing stainless and aluminum metals in contact. Eliminates galling on threaded members and prevents corrosive action. I am using this bottle on the assembly of a Ham radio antenna consisting of a lot of aluminum with stainless hardware.

This is from Sidney not from Myra. I have used this product under a different name “It’s Not Butter” for assembly of aluminum antennae, and I have left these antennae out in the rain, snow, hot, cold, whatever, for years and years and the connections never freeze up and are easy to disassemble, if you put enough and did it right in the first place. Just bought another 8 oz. which shold last for life because the stuff never goes bad. Get some.

I recently purchased a 4-band Amateur Radio, vertical, 25 foot tall aluminum antenna. I used this Jet Lube SS-30 copper based compound on the aluminum parts during assembly. The lubricant properties made assembly very easy. And I understand the anti-seize properties will make and future disassembly easier as the parts will not stick together. And the copper in the compound makes for great conductivity between the antenna parts. Would recommend for any aluminum antenna assembly. But it does get everywhere during use. My hands were copper colored for days.

I bought this to use on the coax connection on my CB antenna, and inside the connector where the antenna screws into the mirror mount.Anytime it rained or snowed I was getting moisture inside those connections, which threw my SWR off and negativity affected the preformance of my radio.Dielectric grease doesn’t work well for this application because it’s non conductive. This stuff has copper so will not create resistance when used.It also stays usable to -65° so I can carry it in the truck without worrying about it freezing or having it’s contents degrade from heat or cold.I highly recommend this product!
