Max –
It fits a 2023 FTR Sport perfectly, and it is pretty comfortable. I dont know if it is worth the upgrade, but i got it before i did any real miles on the original. This one looks very nice and matches the black and red colors of the motorcycle. I do not regret buying it.

The padding on this is slightly thicker than the Carbon seat it came with, so it is a bit more comfortable. The passenger portion is also more comfortable. It is high quality and looks great.
