There are no instructions at all. There are parts that apparently not needed for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. I had to use the pictures in this product listing to try and figure out how all the parts go together. I had to get on youtube to figure out how to get my hood latch off.Aside from the pain of trying to figure out how to install this, once it’s done, this works pretty nicely. There are 3 allen wrench screws in the back of the mirror to loosen if you have to adjust the mirror and then you tighten them back up.One thing that would make this better is if it were a curved mirror to see more, this is just flat and it’s not very big so you’re not getting a lot in the view. Because of that, it takes a while to adjust this and I’d advise two people. One in the drivers seat and one doing the adjusting. If you’re doing this by yourself, there will be a lot of back and forth with adjustments.The product is pretty solid and there is a foam padding that goes between the hood and the mount to protect the paint.Overall, I like this but if they had provided some instructions or at least a link to a youtube video showing installation, it would have given this 5 stars.
