Great price. Exactly like the original
EDWARD F NELSON SR –
was able to rebuild the motor with this kit. $160.00 vs $1200.00 for a motor. Win Win for me

The Harley Davidson Tri Glide reverse motor I rebuilt worked prior to this rebuild but was slow and noisy. After completely disassembling, I found out why. The worm gear on the armature was worn badly. This kit provided all the necessary parts to do a complete rebuild. Not just a “brush” replacement. All the components in the kit were quality. The same or better then the originals. Do the job once and right. You’ll be happy you did.

Bon produit pareil a celui d’origine
Bill Mullins –
very affordable fix. I did learn not to engage the reverse too long.

Very easy repair overhauling motor I was glad it had the other bearing for the nose. Only thing I did was to reuse old solenoid pull as per instructions. New one caused the starter drive protrude farther out when solenoid wasn’t energized. Part’s seems to be of good quality.

I bought this kit and did the work myself and probably saved more than $1,000 over having the Harley shop do it. Everything fit perfectly and there are plenty of YouTube videos to show you how to do it. Just go slow, take your time and you shouldn’t havyoury problems.
