* Description : Stock 6.0L LQ4 / LQ9 LS Series Cylinder Head Assembly.
* Specs : Combustion Chamber Volume: 70.03cc
Intake Port Volume: 210cc
Exhaust Port Volume: 75cc
Intake Valve Diameter: 2.00 inches
Exhaust Valve Diameter: 1.55 inches
* Accessories : Rocker Arms Included are in “Good” Used Condition
Remanufacturing Process Includes:
– Complete disassembly and thorough cleaning via hot tank & pressure tested to confirm casting integrity
– New valve seats installed as necessary
– New valve stem seals installed on all our heads & all valve guides are replaced with new ones as necessary.
– Valve job Performed with all required angles & vacuum tested seals to ensure perfect compression.
– PCD milled to ensure a super smooth finish. (PCD stands for Polycrystalline Diamond, and is best for aluminum heads).
– CBN milled to ensure a super smooth finish. (CBN stands for Cubic Boron Nitride and is best for cast-iron heads).
– All necessary parts are cleaned and inspected before final assembly to meet AERA specifications

Had many dents in the head to block area, didn’t look good at all and defeintly aren’t like new at all. Great customer service although it took forever to receive my refund back.

The heads came as described. I even took extra precautions and sent them out to a machine shop to have harden seats installed. The machinist asked me where I purchased the heads… He stated that the heads were in excellent condition..
