Most of the time, I could not get my edger to start. And when I could get it to start, it wouldn’t stay running for very long. I used this kit to rebuild the carb, and still had some trouble the next time I tried to use it. The second time after rebuilding the carb, it started on the first pull, and has been running like a top every since. I had some help with rebuilding the carb from my friend, but it was relatively easy and MUCH less expensive than taking it to the shop. I hope it lasts a while, but with all the ethanol that is put in gasoline these days, who knows how long it will last. But that isn’t the fault of the kit. I will certainly buy it again when the time comes.

You can’t go wrong with OEM Parts. Have not received my order yet will be here next week got two of them one for now and one for the future on my snowblower or my son’s which ever needs it first. Will update later after the rebuild. Will probably get another one OEM Parts for Tecumseh and Briggs and Stratton are going to be hard to find so will stock up on common parts to keep them running FOREVER.

Bought this to fix a leaking carburetor on a pretty old snowblower. I believe it was from the 80’s. It was leaking fuel from the carburetor and I figured the o-ring around the bowl was leaking. Ordered this to rebuild it and I was right. Replaced everything else also. Snowblower started up on the second pull after sitting for quite a few years.
