Use: Mainly used to apply a wet film of specified thickness to determine the hiding power of the sample

Instructions:

1.Place the template on the platform, fix it, and do not move when the applicator slides over.

2.According to the required wet film thickness, select the applicator and place it on the short side of the sample plate, close to the parallel or specified position.

3.Then pour about 5ml of sample in front of the applicator, press the two ends of the applicator with your fingers, and slide at the speed of 150 mm / s, that is, coating the wet film with the required thickness.

4.After use, wash and wipe dry with solvent, and coat oil on the surface.
