Predator 5000 Generator Ducar Screen 22-002 spark arrestor flange generator exhaust extension allows for safe venting of exhaust fumes from an unoccupied enclosed area. This is designed for units that have two-hole spark arrester cover plate Ducar Screen #22-002. To verify this is the correct kit, please ensure the screen cover has ‘Ducar Screen #22-002’ stamped on it. The buyer will receive: a custom low-profile stainless-steel exhaust to 1” ID tubing stub adapter, longer replacement screws, and a high temperature gasket, and the specified length of 1” I.D. flexible silicone exhaust tubing, and the proper size clamp. The exhaust stub will need to be bolted onto the generator’s stock muffler. Installation instructions will be provided.

This exhaust extension installed fine but all it took was 1 slight bend in the silicone hose to overheat and fry my brand new generator. I’m very upset and only wish I had bought a different brand in the beginning. Frustrating.

Used for a portable generator to kick exhaust away. It unraveled and split in a very short time after moving the generator around.

Our generator shed is well ventilated, but door and roof must stay up otherwise our generator still turns off with this exhaust kit. Our generator has ventilation coming from all sides, but still, we have to leave the door open and lift the roof up.

This silicon ducting is only rated for 300c! Your generator’s exhaust can far exceed that!
