The one-star review submitted is inaccurate and demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of the product’s functionality. The reviewer’s complaint about the vacuum not holding for an extended period in a small area is expected behavior. Given the limited volume, the vacuum decay rate is naturally higher. Furthermore, the reviewer’s manipulation of the ball valves likely introduced air, compromising the vacuum integrity. As a technician with 10 years of field experience and 5 years in application development, I can confidently state that the product is performing as designed. Therefore, I request that this review be removed.
