Broken and come apart on fist used the bearing was on the ground and can’t be put back in the case that comes in

I ordered this electric jack for my daughter’s compact SUV brake down kit. We subscribe to an emergency car tow service but sometimes she/we drive in areas with cell service “dead spots” like in our local mountains or we’re in an area where it can take at least an hour for help to arrive.This kit is pretty cool—it includes a chock block, extra fuses and comes in a sturdy storage case. The electric jack is easy to operate and has no problem lifting her HR-V from the jack points located on the sides of the vehicle near the tires (didn’t try the center front or center rear jack points). As a dad, ensuring my daughter has the proper tools is added peace of mind.
