Tried reaching out, said I’d have to pay for shipping to return. These are heavy. Quoted 85$ to ship this back. And they said there would be fees also they’d charge. So free / full refund as advertised, but doesnt follow. Not sure how that’s legal. Even talked with Amazon, said its third party so you’re SOL. What a joke.
