This is one single mount. You would need to order 2 for a rad mount, 6 for rad and body (regular cab), and 8 for rad and body (extended cab). The product is like OEM but you can buy them at a local auto shop for 45 or so a piece so this is by no means a deal. Go buy them at the store and don’t bother waiting 2 weeks for your over priced mount to arrive, just to find out you need to run to the store and buy 5 more anyway. Tripping up my rebuild…not impressed.

Just like OEM replacement I install them on my 1990 Chevy C 1500

This is the radiator mount, but the top cap and large washer on the bottom can be used for the cab mount. You need an M12, 110 mm long bolt for the rear cab mount (the tall one) to use as well. Use the appropriate height, tall rubber for the rear mount with the 110 mm bolt. Much wailing and gnashing of teeth to find this out. LMC Truck has good parts diagrams to figure the parts out. Happy wrenching.

Used this for front radiator and back cab mounts. Body lines lined up mint on my 1991 silverado single cab. Anyone who owns a gmt400 needs these 😉

Needed it for radiator support for my 89 k5 blazer and the bushings seem to work fine but the bolts are to short. I had to get new bolts to work

If you have a older vehicle, there’s a good chance all your rubber bushings are shot. And these are a good start. If you are a DIYer and never changed any of your rubber bushings. This is a good place to start. You can change them in a day with basic hand tools. And learn along the way how to change your vehicles other body bushings.
