Just what I needed.

To my surprise this purchase comes with two stabilizers in one box.I put this on my 1995 GMC K3500 7.4L truck. The truck still had the original 95′ stabilizer in place and it was not looking good, I was pretty sure it wasn’t doing its job any more.As far as installation goes, it took longer to take off the OEM stabilizer than it did to install the new one. Depending on how rusted you nuts and bolts may be, I would say it will take about 30 mins – 1 he to remove and install. As far as driveability goes, it did make the steering feel overall better when going over speed bumps or uneven road surface. If you have a GMC/Chevy between 89-99 and you experience the “Death Wobble” when going over speed bumps, consider getting a steering stabilizer.

Didn’t come with pictured hardware, can’t install without it. Stock one is a ball joint end so it’s not reusable. Will update if I receive the correct hardware.Update: received correct hardware after refusing their 5$ credit to “purchase the hardware locally”.Steering feels better, tighter, & more stable than the one I replaced. Be prepared to wrestle the old one out with a pickle fork!

Fantastic product. Just note this is not a suspension shock. Also your cost to ship back plus a restocking fee. If you make a mistake what you get back its cheaper to toss and just go to a auto parts store.

Nada. No installation parts. Only good for replacing an existing steering damper.

You need hardware to replace the old one. Very very upset please don’t buy

Detroit Axle is a rip off at center part back requested a return out of $35 they sent me $2.35 how can you justify that for restocking fees this company is a bad choice.
