Dog River Tools fine line paint applicator pen makes touching up scratches, rock chips, door dings or any other repairs on your car or trucks easy to fix, without the hassle of using paint pens, spray guns, or even messy toothpicks. Our unique finger control valve allows you to be in control of how fast or slow the paint comes out, which helps you keep that perfect flow every time. The applicator comes with three high quality brass tips ranging in the sizes of 0.020″ (0.5mm), 0.032″ straight (0.8 mm) and 0.040″ bent (1mm). We have included larger tips, so you can use any type of paint and because you have control over the flowed amount coming out, no worries on creating a mess. We also included funnels to help you fill the tips so the paint goes into the stainless steel pen without a mess. After you are finished using the pen applicator clean thoroughly by soaking in warm water and drying with a towel, if paint has dried you can use paint thinner and dry thoroughly. This is a great tool for automotive touch up. Applies urethane and acrylic urethane very well. Note of advice though, you may want to keep the paint less reduced. A sprayable reduction can be too thin and flows very quickly.Overall, a good product. Easy to operate and clean and the variety of tips help in the size and areas where the painted finish needs to be corrected.A bit pricey but, after seeing the durable material it’s made with and actually using it. I’m glad I got it.
