Living on a dirt road and doing allot of highway driving this helps keep the stone chips down on the front if the hood. Fit my trail boss nicely with no gaps. I have used this brand a few times in the past and never had any issues with it coming off. Specially going threw the car wash a few times a week to get the slop from the dirt road off. Hope this last the same as there other products. Very easy to install. I like to test fit it first and put blue painters tape on hood at edges of shield to use as a guide when ready to stick.

I’ve installed hundreds of bug guards at my shop. This one tops the cake of poor quality. Does not line up at all with the hood and bows out at the contours. I’ve always pushed AVS products but if their quality is going to continue to be like this I think it’s time to look for a new company.

Fits my 2024 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss. I scanned the QR Code located in the box for instructions and followed them to the tee. Fit pretty good, no complaints.I read reviews and one person said he got fingerprints on the inside when he installed it so I used gloves to make sure that didn’t happen to me.

Looks good from the front but as you can see it does not fit the hood. Not sure if I can fleet this off or not now.

I have used AVS hood protectors and window deflectors for years on almost all of my trucks. They still feel like they are well made and will stand up as required. So I give the hood protector a five star rating.However, on this review, I dropped off one star. The reason for this is I used the QR code to obtain instructions; however, the video displayed was for a 2019 GMC and used a protector that was clipped on both ends and used tape in the middle to retain the protector.This one, for a 2025 Silverado, required six pins removed from the hood seal, then the protector is placed between the seal and the hood and screws used to retain. Makes for a very solid installation. But I had to write AVS to receive and actual install sheet! Why? If they want to save money having the customer print off the instructions, then fix the link and take me to an PDF file I can download and print!Or, just place the one page (both side) instruction sheet with the products.

Fit perfectly on my 2025 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss. Looks great too, bought the same one for my 2017 Buick Enclave and that also fit great. Great product for the buck

This one was not cracked like the previous. But…this product fit is not the correct form to fit my hood like it should. The form of it does not conform to the curves and angles of the hood like I expected. This is a replacement one as well. Not very satisfied with the “fit” of this. I have installed several of these on different vehicles before and they all fit great. This one, not so much.
