Just got it today, and had it in within 10 minutes. All my fan speeds work again! YAY! I’m really liking the giant heat sink on it too. Not sure if I have a wiring issue, or a heat issue, but I have to replace these resistors about once a year. So maybe the huge heat sink will solve my issue. Time shall tell!Can’t beat the price, for the quality, it’s pretty solid. Bolted right into the original location, and everything was in order.
