Put in my exact model and it even verified saying that It fits the exact model and when I get the part it’s completely different then my previous but hey I guess that’s what I get for ordering my car parts on Amazon. I’ll further retain myself from ordering my car parts on Amazon ever again.

I have no complaints, this replacement fit in my 2012 Cruze and worked perfectly from the time that I installed it — for a fraction of the cost what a dealer wanted to charge. I have had to replace the front driver and passenger window regulators so far since the plastic clips that attach to the glass seem designed to eventually break. Only time will tell if these replacement models last as long or longer, but so far so good.

There is nothing worse than driving in your car, and your car window makes this awful dying sound as you try to roll it up b/c it is absolutely pouring and it decides to just literally die. Well luckily Amazon saved the day again. ☺️ Was able to have this replacement delivered the next day! My husband bing bang boom, wall-la, done. 15 mins if even that. Great quality, super easy, definitely recommend.

Very happy with this , it fit no problem, very easy to install , and exactly what it was supposed to be , only thing I had to do was take the motor off my old one and put it on this one , but again very easy to do 👍 😀 👌

The regulator was exactly fit however the motor was not fit to the wires, so I swapped my old motor into my new regulator and everything works… To install just go to Youtube and you will learn how to install the whole regulator… It wasn’t easy because its my first time doing some mechanic work but I just save $100 …

Got it and installed works fine for 3 weeks and broke down after , the motor won’t work anymore I lost my money for stupid things like this.

Ordered this Showsen window regulator for my 2012 chevy cruze because the clips that hold the window on the old one just broke right off. Got 12 years out of the factory one so i can’t complain. With the help of a youtube video (as I have no experience working on cars other than changing my air filters), I was able to remove the door panel and the old regulator, replace with this new part, and the window has been back in business now for a few weeks. Works like new. This part came packaged well, bubble wrapped and in a box that was the right size and the part was not sliding around. I have the 7 pin plug and my windows have the express up and down so indeed this was the right/matching part. Check that before you order because not all Cruze’s had the express up and down windows. This regulator and motor looked to be made with quality materials and very comparable to the original factory part i took out. Keep the bolts that held your old regulator in place as this does not come with bolts. At the time of this review I am very pleased. Hoping I get many years use out of this part. If something changes with the quality or performance in the near future I will update, but otherwise happy customer. Thanks Showsen – great part and great price!
