I use the winch to roll logs up onto my trailer, over the side rails. I use two ramps beside the trailer, and a snatch block. The only problem I had was that the metal cable wouldn’t roll into the winch housing tight enough, when I winched in a log. It would be such a large diameter that it would fill up the cable housing. Then, it would be stuck. Only by jerking on the cable extremely hard repeatedly, with your entire body weight, would free up the cable. SO, I swapped the cable for a 50 ft. rope, that was made for winches. Problem solved… The cable was just too stiff. I plan on buying this model of winch again, but with a rope next time…

I love the remote control operation, the nylon rope instead of steel cable. I love the included cable and hardware.It is very easy to use and it saves me time and effort, not to mention it was very economical.The green is cool too. That’s what drew me.😊

I installed the winch in July and it worked perfectly. In January I tested the winch again, since I never actually used it yet with a load. It would not release the cable, I would hear the click in the control module but nothing would happen. It would take in the cable fine. I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me a new control module with 2 remotes. Winch works perfectly once again. GREAT Customer support!!!!

There alot reviews stating that the warranty and customer service were great. That’s not the case with my experience. After 15 minutes of using this winch the solenoid failed. I confirmed the failure and tried contacting the manufacturer through email several times for a warranty claim. Over the course of 2 weeks I received zero response. Amazon would not let me return it because it’s out of the return date window. I would not recommend this winch.

Installed on a 2019 gator.Included cables to short cost me $75 bucks for cables.Winch works well but it was a absolute pain to install on this gator model 835E!

I have bought and installed 2 of these Winches 1 for my open car trailer and 1 for my enclosed race trailer. Both work exceptionally well. Straight forward and easy to install. I have had no issues with them. The synthetic rope and wireless remote are great features. Very good value for your dollar. Looks good, not noisy and plenty of power for everything I’ve needed it to do.
