Decal –
The product is assembled very well secured with proper protective covering. Price was good, shipping was fast. After installation I had an issue with the backup camera not beeping. I contacted the seller and by gosh the response came back quickly. We traded a couple messages back and forth with the seller offering some tips and also turning the issue to the tech department. On a final tip the seller asked me to disconnect the system reconnect with the original harness to check the if the beeping returned. Well, turns out it wasn’t necessary because as I began to separate the harness, it came apart too easily and upon reconnecting it and hearing the snap indicating the plug was seated and locked in, the camera beeping worked as normal. I had a friend helping install a hitch and the wiring, I’m guessing he didn’t push hard enough to hear the snap. All good now, Please, if you are buying a harness for a Ford Explorer I give the product and the seller 100%, A+, score Do not hesitate to buy this product from this seller..
