I’ve always had Hybrid vehicles which don’t have a start stop button and full electric cars too. But wife wanted a Subaru known for its AWD. So since Crosstrek does not have Hybrid yet I installed on this product on her newly purchased 2024 Crosstrek Premium. Easy plug and play install. Only hard part was removing the original wiring harness. Could not easily hold the top pin and remove from side as described in video. So while holding down the top pin release, I used pliers to carefully grab onto the top and bottom of the plug and pulled out. Green light came on indicating successful install. Turned car on and off couple times to ensure Auto Start Stop button function was deactivated and it was. It will be permanently off. This is a nice product. One time install and forget about it!

super easy to install with no knowledge of things like this. I did buy a plastic dash tool and I’m glad I did. insulation is very easy with the YouTube video and it works like a charm.
