It looks well constructed. Installed and mower is good to go. As with any ignition coil, correct gapping is essential.

This lawn mower set in my neighbors backyard for towards 7 years. Did the usual refurbish stuff but wouldn’t start. Went to Utub and decided to try this magneto/spark plug cable combination. Not sure if it was the magneto or the cable or both, but it started! Perfect fit, easy to bolt on and great price. Be sure to use the card provided to GAP the magneto. In the process of repair, always ask yourself what is missing: air, fire (spark) or fuel (new).

No start on my lawn mower, thought it was the ignition coil after doing the spark plugs but nope. This didn’t fix it. It fits perfectly though and the spark is very strong. Would recommend. Just make sure it fits your model.
