This Audiovox alarm works really good. I installed it myself which was a big learning curve. Now I have to put another unit in my wife’s car. You really can’t beat the price either. I would definitely recommend this car alarm.

Great alarm system. I went with it because i preferred the sleek look of the fobs. Siren is not too loud, shock sensor is a little too sensitive out the box but can be tuned (tends to go off in heavy rain). Overall very satisfied.

firstly it does not come with the siren.. its advertised in the pictures with the siren as part of the package .. other than that its okay

not very sensitive at best setting , hard to wire up to 89 silverado,won’t lock doors and lights only worked once hope to change mounting and redo wiring to try to work better, alarm is not loud, will try to tie into horn

The price on alarm is good and seems to work well. The vendor delivered promptly. The only issue that I have is with Audiovox. Their customer service lacks supports and will not assist if not getting installed buy a “dealer”. Then why make them available to the public, even on the Audiovox website you can purchase.

Fist thing. I installed it in a sports car so it was a pain to install under the dash. I’m not using all of it’s features but it’s a really nice unit for the money. The siren was a little weak so I used a different siren (louder). All in all, I’m happy with it.
