    Disappointed

In one word these are – garbage. Don;t waste your money. The first issue I found was the bolt holes in the product don;t even fit the supplied bolts they provided. Easy solution to drill out the holes. Next the panels come in two pieces for each side. The pieces bolt together or are supposed to anyway. They are about a 1/2 inch off this happened on the drives side section not the passenger side. The bolt holes don;t line up for the factory jeep nuts to bolt the fender to. They are about 1/2 inch off also and you can;t move the fender to the left any farther because it hits the body of the jeep. The only fix would be to cut part of the panel away to allow for clearance to move left the 1/2 inch that is required. There is the front liner arms. These little bolt/arms are to attached/anchor the fender (firewall side) between the body and firewall. Basically its a joke it does not keep that side of the fender in place and moves thus causing rattling.Speaking of rattling, since these are so poorly designed and they do not have enough anchoring points they rattle like mad. While the pictures of the product look good and I thought they did too I thought I would try them. They are just junk. Spend your money on a better designed pair of inner fenders.

I love these. Not too difficult to put on. I was worried they wouldn’t work with my reservoir shocks, but they do. I just had to swing the reservoir forward a bit. Passenger side fits perfectly. Driver side seems to be cut a little off, as it rubs against the top of the spring. I will just dremel it a bit if it starts making noise. Other than that, I would definitely buy these again.

I was reluctant to purchase inner fenders, but didn’t like seeing what was behind the curtain when I pulled the factory fenders. I also didn’t want to deal with cutting the factory inners when installing aftermarket flares.I chose these DV8 inners because they were a decent price compared to the others. I liked that I didn’t have to drill or rivet anything. These are aluminum, which i consider a must. They are lighter and less likely to rust than cheaper steel ones.Quality of the product and hardware seems good. Time will tell, and I’ll update if they piss me off later on. 🙂 I bought a can of mopar touch up paint and sprayed the bare aluminum inserts. Really glad I did that and highly recommend it. It’s easy and really looks good. One weird thing is that mine did not come with instructions. I’m a dude, so who needs instructions anyway? There are several install videos on YouTube that are better than whatever crap instructions probably would’ve come with it anyway. Pretty easy to install. I’d recommend loosely installing the back half, then the front, then tightening it all up. Should work with any fenders. I’d recommend doing inner and outers at the same time, as there may be overlap.Overall, I’m happy and would recommend. They look good, seems to be a decent value and were easy to install.

light weight nice looking inner fenders but didn’t come with instructions or foam padding to place where metal touches metal that i didn’t know it was supposed to come with until I watched some reviews on YouTube so if you buy and don’t get the padding auto zone sales a weather proofing padding that works just as good .

I’ve been looking at getting fenders for months and once purchased I realized I atleast needed some front liners to protect/cover the parts behind the stock plastic liners. This was my first purchase with dv8 brand and have got to say they definitely know how to make it easy for instal as well as make a great product. Lack of instructions was sad but videos on YouTube easily made up for. They were easy to instal with minimal tools needed. I’m definitely going to look into securing the bottom because there is a slight rattle while driving on rougher roads. Unsure if it is the bottom or the screen. Love the product and definitely recommend.

This is a very nice product and very sturdy. I like the fact that you don’t need to drill holes. My main complaint is that It is very hard to install. Not sure if it’s just my year 2016 Rubicon, but there is a little arm that holds it in place. I eventually got it installed by loosely assembling everything in place then taping the arm in place. This held the arm in place while I screwed it down.

These were perfect to hide all the wires inside the tire well. They are lightweight and give the Jeep a nice clean look.

I have heard great things about DV8, you even see their products on some of the show class Jeeps. But I had some problems:Up until the install, I was running some generic Hooke-Road knock offs, a knock off in of itself, but these have worked for a few years. Unfortunately they needed replacement due to cracking where the bolt secured. I wanted to try a new name, something I have seen, something a bit more expensive hoping it would last longer.Upon receiving them, the product was VERY lightweight, sturdy and looked nice. Thats about where the niceties end.Hardware was missing, I had to use my own M8 screws to secure the panels as the kit only came with 3. Should have been 4. The mesh was already pre-assembled leaving the 10 small screws unnecessary and there were two large bolts which had no purpose at all.Upon installation, the cut out for the shock tower is obviously meant for stock jeeps. I have a Teraflex ST3 system and the shock tower top is wider and the DV8 cutout leave no room to slide over top. I had to slightly bend the product back, unnoticeable but still, bad design. I also had to shove the product HARD at the top to secure using OEM bolts. Not sure if this is rubicon specific, but there is a plastic piece on the driver side with vacuum lines running across it. A pry bar needed to be used to push the liner in to secure the bolts. In essence its pressing this OEM plastic piece in along with lines, but its not compressing them so no harm other than a PIA to get installed.Overall, i should have just bought the same ones I had, but since i eventually got these in, I decided to just keep them rather than dismantle, return and wait for new ones again.
