Seems to work. I don’t know if I’d want to pull this down and put it up on a regular basis because the install process took a few minutes, but really that’s it. I give this roof sunshade top marks for fit and finish: its a very snug fit across the roof but leaves literally no cracks or spots where the sun comes through and unless you’re looking closely at it, it appears it could almost be a stock part of the car. I installed this mid day in the sun and even as soon as I got the first panel up there was an immediate temperature difference. 2nd panel up and the whole car cooled. It still gets pretty hot just leaving the car sitting out in the sun, but if you get a little air moving it cools down much quicker than it used to without the roof shade. I bought this particular shade because it has the magnets for the middle joint where the two panels come together and I’m glad I did: its a clean look without any clips in the middle of the roof.

I had a small fit problem (Tesla Y 2024) with the product. Ask the customer support for some help, and WOW, they replied within 24 hours. We had a few exchanges, and every time within 24 hours, Evelyn would reply and give me some ideas of solutions to correct my problem. The customer support Evelyn provided was well beyond my expectations. The customer support should get 100 stars for that. I totally recommend it.

This was the second shade sent to me. First one was a terrible fit and took around 30 minutes plus to install. I filed a subpar rating and Amazon notified me that they had sent me a returned shade and not a new one….very disappointed. Seller quickly responded to subpar rating and offered a full refund or free replacement. I opted for free replacement and the second one fit good and was only a 15 minute max install. Amazon should have never allowed a rejected item to be sent to a buyer without a notification , which ended up wasting my time. New item is not a perfect fit, but is close enough to not be noticed by anyone except if very closely scrutinized. This kind of product can rarely fit perfectly since Teslas do have some variability in interior fit and finish quality . F I do now recommend this product which does reduce interior heat in areas like where I live in Arizona….over 110 in summer and this definitely cuts down on battery consumption with a/c running less often. Thank you seller for making things right!

I ordered this product in preference to the Tesla version of the same thing because it was designed to reflect about 1/3 more energy from the interior of the car being light coloured reflecting vs dark Tesla sunshade colour. The Tesla product currently has no installation video available and no written instructions, so ordering this product likely cost less than what a Tesla service call would cost and achieve a better result. This product came promptly, had useful written instructions plus a helpful installation video and the packing is more compact than the corresponding Tesla product. I followed instructions and successfully installed the product pretty readily. I had given up before even trying with the Tesla product given several ambiguities and disillusionment with the poor energy reflecting properties it had. The newly installed product looks pretty good – not perfect – a few slight material wrinkles not super conspicuous. I look forward to good service and will report further as may be appropriate.

I have a 2024 Tesla Model 3 Performance and the roof shade fits perfectly.It was very easy to install, less than 5 minutes. The color of the sunshade matches the upholstery very nicely. There is no sagging and wrinkling, it looks like it could be the original headliner or roof upholstery if you did not know there was a glass roof.Each shade (front and rear) comes with a top reflective cover, and the combined cover and shade really does the job of cooling the interior. We’ve been having 3 digit days in the summer and when driving without a roof shade you can feel the heat on the top of your head even with the AC on. This has made a world of difference, driving is much more comfortable for me and my passengers. When the weather becomes more moderate I shall remove the roof shade and store in the convenient pouch it comes with.This is a must have Tesla accessory for the glass roof, short of having your windows tinted by a professional.I highly recommend this sunshade.

The first sunshade I received was disappointing with deep wrinkles that would not clear up over time and had noticeable, fine linear tears in the center of both shades. Gaps were also noticeable in between the shades and front window. The seller fortunately had reached out for product satisfaction and determined it was likely a used, returned item. They sent me a brand new shade fairly quickly, and it was a big difference. The new shades fit nicely, are well sealed, looks great, and most of all works well to reduce the heat. Thanks to a great seller who responds promptly and makes sure you receive a quality product. Highly recommend this shade for the model Y!

I love the sunroof shade, definitely would recommend. I have been using the product for 4 months and it has held up well. The product is easy to install and is very sturdy. Installation was fairly easy & closely matches the interior color of the car. There are a few tiny tiny gaps, but it could most likely be adjusted. i just haven’t tried doing so since it’s not really much of an eyesore. I purchased this recently so i can’t say much about heat dissipation inside the car since it’s not Summer, but i’m sure it would help.Upon purchase, after sales service reached out to me for any support so if i needed to, i can confidently say id be helped out should i encounter any problems. If you are living one of the hottest states like me then you should buy something like this for sure. It keeps the heat out of the car and protect your head from the sun burn. It is fitting my model y and when no need to use it just take it out and fold to put its storage bag.
